Cylindrical Fold Bellows Material: Molerit® (TPE) | Temperature: -40°C to +90°C
The most widely used type. Made from Molerit® — a unique thermoplastic material with rubber-like properties and good chemical resistance. Extremely weather-resistant. Available in a wide range of standard sizes.
Conical Fold Bellows Material: Chloroprene (CR) | Temperature: -30°C to +100°C
Weather-resistant with high resistance to acids and solvents. Suitable for demanding environments. Versatile across a wide temperature range.
Single-Fold Bellows Material: CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) | Temperature: -30°C to +120°C
Designed to occupy minimal space when compressed. Ideal for applications where the protected component closes or retracts completely. Reasonable resistance to oils and chemicals with outstanding weather resistance.
Rod Protection Cover™ Material: Fabric + Velcro closure | Temperature: -30°C to +120°C
Sewn bellows for protection of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder rods against particles and abrasive damage. A longitudinal opening with Velcro closure allows easy installation without disassembling the cylinder or system.
Box Bellows / Way Covers Material: Fabric / Rubber | Temperature: up to +200°C
Used in scissor lift applications and for protection of machine guideways. Provide all-side protection against pinching and contact with moving components.
Moulded Rubber Bellows Material: NBR, CR or other rubber compounds | Temperature: up to +150°C
Manufactured by compression moulding. Ideal for larger production volumes with regular recurring requirements. Custom shape, size and material selected in cooperation with our engineers.
PTFE Turned Bellows Material: PTFE | Temperature: -60°C to +200°C
Used where PTFE's exceptional chemical resistance or food-grade approval is essential. Maximum chemical resistance to virtually all media.
Kevlar-Reinforced Bellows Material: Kevlar + rubber composite | Temperature: up to +600°C
For extreme operating conditions requiring high abrasion resistance, cut resistance and thermal stability. Designed for heavy-duty industrial applications.
